Application for Secondary 1 Admission (2026-2027)

Sessions:

9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Application form (available at school during the application period)
Applicant’s HKID Card or Birth Registration document (original and photocopy)
Allocation Slip
School academic reports of Primary 5 and 6 (original and photocopy)
A recent photo

Registration of Secondary 1 (2026-2027)

Dates:

9 July 2026 (Thursday) and
10 July 2026 (Friday)

Sessions:

9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

* Documents required * :

Applicant’s HKID Card or Birth Certificate (original and photocopy)
Allocation Slip and Admission Slip
Summer homework fee: $30 cash (Exact change required)

[Note: Should the student and his/her parent/guardian be unable to register with the allocated secondary school in person, please show the “Letter of Authorisation for Registration of Secondary 1 Students”. For details, please contact the respective primary school.]

2026-2027 Academic Year:
Transfer Student Applications (September 2026 Intake)

Applicants who wish to transfer into Secondary 2 to Secondary 5 (S2–S5) at our school for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year should submit the following documents either by mail or in person:

1. Required Documents:

- (1) Application form (Can be downloaded from the school website)

- (2) Academic Reports: Photocopies of the applicant’s report cards from the past 2 to 3 years.

- (3) Parent Letter: * Must include: The applied grade level, contact phone number, residential address, and parent’s
signature.

Note: If transferring from another local school, the reason for the transfer must be clearly stated.

- (4) Photo: One recent passport-sized photograph of the applicant.

2. Written Test/Interview:

- Upon receiving the application form and academic reports, the school will conduct an initial screening. Shortlisted applicants who are selected for a written test or interview will be notified by phone before the start of the new academic year.
